5 Signs of a Misaligned Niche 

Feeling like you and your niche are in a “situationship” that just isn’t working?

Here are 5 signs that your niche might be misaligned and what to do about it:

1. You’re not excited to talk about your niche. List 3 topics that light you up. Could one of those be your aligned niche?
2. Your posts get crickets, and your offers aren’t selling. It’s like that whole “shouting into the void” thing. You have to offer something people want…and be excited about it!
3. You’re constantly forcing yourself to fit into your niche. And it’s freakin’ exhausting. Write down your gifts and transformations. How might you build a niche around that?
4. You’re trying to help everyone and their mama. It doesn’t work. You gotta get specific. Who do you LOVE working with?
5. You’re finding it hard to create content. Creating content should be fairly easy when your niche is aligned. Reconsider if it really aligns with your experiences, interests and expertise.

NOTE: Experiencing one or two of these doesn’t necessarily mean your niche is completely off. However, if you’re able to check off several of these signs, it might be time to reassess your niche and consider how you can better align it with your gifts, life experiences, and passions.
