Last weekend, I attended my cousin’s baby shower. I was unsure about what to wear at first but then realized that I was overthinking it. I decided to keep it simple. Once I made that decision, it was pretty easy to put an outfit together. It was a whopping 85 degrees and I wanted to be comfortable. So I went for a lightweight denim button down with my favorite distressed boyfriend jeans. I love a good pair of boyfriend jeans with some cute pumps so I chose my current floral favorites. Spiced it up with a bib statement necklace.
By the way, the shower was lovely. It was also a gender reveal, which was really cool (It’s a BOY!). I wish I would have gotten pictures of the lovely mom-to-be with all of the cute little decor. It was bumble-bee themed and it was perfect. I am still adjusting to my new blogging role so I have to remember to take advantage of these photo opportunities. My bad. Next time. ??
