Are you inviting people to work with you?
Or are you assuming people know to reach out to you if they want to work with you?
If you’re doing the latter, no judgment.
I used to do the same thing.
I mean, you’re on social media talking about what you do and how you help people every single day.
They should know to reach out, right?
It’s like assuming your husband/partner knows exactly what you want and when you want it.
Honey. No. 😂
Sometimes people need to be told exactly what to do.
Also, would you do all of the work of planning a wedding or party and not invite people to come celebrate with you?
What if this is no different?
But here’s what I’ve found.
Not inviting people to work with you is usually an indication that you’re not clear on what you’re offering.
When you’re crystal clear and confident about who you’re serving and what you’re helping them with, it’s nothing to invite people in.
But when you’re not, you’re afraid that somebody will take you up on it and then you won’t know what to do.

(See what I did there? A simple invitation. 😉)
