When it comes to coaching, the foundation of all foundations is your God-given gift.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for getting certified and learning the foundations of coaching.
In fact, I highly recommend it at some point in your coaching journey.
However, certification does not determine your good enough-ness.
I coach people all the time who have certifications and still don’t think they’re good enough.
You’re good enough because you’ve already been equipped (gifted) with everything you need to be an amazing coach.
Those gifts are what have been drawing people to you when they need help making a decision or working through something…way before you ever thought about life coaching.
So while certification is amazing, it’s not what determines how good of a coach you are.
Your belief in who you already are, does.
