Gingham Popover and Leopard

This weather is giving me the blues. One minute it’s warm and the next minute it’s cold. Today, it’s chilly and rainy. I’m ready for some nice warm Spring/Summer weather. I’m ready to pull out the tees and tanks! I’m ready for the beach!! Lol. But we have to play the cards we are dealt so I won’t put away my long sleeves and sweaters just yet.

Long-sleeved popovers are perfect for this type of weather…early Spring when the weather is still “iffy.” This one is long-sleeved, but it is very lightweight. It gives the perfect mix of classic, preppy, and casual, which makes it work for almost any occasion. If you read my post, Leopard and Anything, you know that leopard is a neutral for me. I wear it with everything. Gingham plaid is no exception.

Looking good lady! Green is my favorite color! And I love a pop of color!

Thank you! I only realized around the St. Patrick’s Day challenges how much I like green too! Unfortunately, I don’t own much in that color so I need to change that.

I have a knee length leopard dress that I have not worn because my conservative self is afraid that it in not appropriate for the office. Have times changed or am I being too conservative?

If it’s too fitted for the office (or you feel uncomfortable), I would wear a nice tapered blazer with it. ?
