How to Believe You Can Do Your Purpose

Most of my clients come to me thinking they don’t know their purpose.

What I’ve found is that they actually have a pretty good idea of what it is.

They just don’t believe they can do it. Because they’ve never done it before.

It takes another level of confidence to believe you can do something you’ve never done, right?

Wrong.

You just need to be reminded of all the things you’ve done that, at one time, you had never done.

One way to do this is to write down all your accomplishments, big and small (i.e., graduated high school, got accepted into college, graduated college, went on your first interview, got your first job, rented your first apartment, bought your first house, had a baby, started a podcast, started a YouTube channel, created a website, etc.).

You will surprise yourself with all you’ve accomplished. AND you will have evidence that you can do things that you’ve never done before!

Your brain lies. You can do whatever you want to do. I encourage you to create this evidence for yourself by doing this exercise.

I’d love to hear how it goes and what comes up for you! Click HERE to schedule a mini-coaching session and we’ll explore what you found and how I can help you take it even further.
