How to Transition into Fall: Layers

With it being cool in the mornings and warming up quite nicely during the day (not to mention the icebox of an office I work in), dressing in layers is a must. I like that I can accomplish this by taking pieces from my Summer wardrobe and transitioning them into Fall.

If you follow me on Instagram, you may remember this outfit from the Summer. I fell in love with this adorable peplum tank top from Express, which is obviously sold out now but I have linked a couple of options from Poshmark. (If you’re lucky, they will be your size). I added a cute ruffled shirt underneath to make it office-appropriate and paired it with sandals and a pearl and gold necklace.

To transition this outfit into cooler days, I added this camel blazer from Forever 21, which I cannot find online, but I have linked another very cute option. I substituted the tan sandals for these blush pumps that I am obsessed with from Calvin Klein.

I would definitely layer with a leather jacket, blazer, and long coat. I would also wear a turtleneck or button up under dresses, tanks and other summery clothes!
