I like dusters a lot. On other people. There is something about them that makes a woman look so tall, classy, and effortlessly chic when wearing it. As a vertically-challenged petite woman, I imagined that they would make me look goofy and even shorter so I never bothered even trying one. Then I spotted this pink one. And honaaaaaay, let me tell you. I was sold. I was determined to make it work whenever, wherever, however I needed to.

The material on this one is very lightweight and cardigan-like. It has a belt that can be used to tie it closed in the front. I chose to tie it in the back and keep the front open.
It was very easy to style. Maybe it has something to do with it being pink. Anyway, I grabbed some camo skinny jeans and a simple white tee so as to not take away from the duster. The heels are the key to me wearing this duster. They add a few inches so that it’s not so long. I would probably even go a tad bit higher with the heel (depending on how much walking will be involved) just to help with the flow of duster. But for this look, I chose these blush heels and belt and completed the look with gold accessories.
Now obviously, I could have passed this one up and looked for a duster that came in petite sizes. But who has time for that?
I think this duster will also be cute with shorts and heels (definitely heels) in warmer weather. Come on, warm weather!
