We Need You

I believed that I had a gift to offer. And logically I understood that the world needed it.

I was helping people get unstuck.

Some of them didn’t really know what they wanted to do or who they wanted to be. They just knew they needed something to change.

And I helped them do that. I helped them unleash their gift to the world. So I knew that it was kind of a big deal.

BUT when COVID-19 hit and then the George Floyd murder, I was REALLY able to see how powerful my gift is…by seeing how powerful YOUR gift is.

People started coming together for each other in all types of ways. Some used their gift to speak out against racism. Some used their gift to make masks for others. Some used their gift to provide financial support. Some used their gift to educate about racism. Some used their gift to encourage others. Some used their gift to supply hand sanitizer, disinfectants, and paper products. Some used their gift to organize protests and donation sites. Some used their gift to create virtual ways of life. I could go on and on.

Like, I knew it was never about me – our gifts never are. But I help people do all of those things that I mentioned above – find and use their gifts. Then those people use their gifts to help others. And it’s a ripple effect that goes on and on.

Seriously, I’m in tears as I write this because through such awful and tragic events, God has shown me something so beautiful. He has demonstrated on another level how important our purposes are to each other and to the world.

My purpose is to help you find and unleash yours. We need you. Let’s go.
