What is it that your purpose could possibly be?
Notice if an answer immediately comes up and how quickly you judge and then dismiss it.
Judgement is the biggest thing that blocks you from knowing. When you judge it, your brain sees it as a problem so it rejects it.
You judge your ability to do it.
You judge whether it is acceptable to others.
You judge the possibility.
What if you didn’t judge your purpose? What if you let the possibility of it come up in your mind and just sit there?
What does it look like? What does it feel like?
Notice yourself wanting to fight it, wanting to dismiss it, wanting to object to it. That’s perfectly normal. Your brain doesn’t like it because it’s new. Just notice it and then go back to letting your purpose just sit in your mind.
The more you practice this, the more your brain will get used to it, stop judging it and then lastly, stop rejecting it. And it will become clear to you.
