Why You Feel Stuck

Do you imagine a life where you wake up excited about the work that you’re doing?

Think about why you’d feel excited.

It’s because you would be thinking:
❤️ “I love what I do.”
❤️ “I’m helping others.”
❤️ “I’m making an impact in someone’s life.”
❤️ “I’m making money doing it.”

Instead of:
☹️ “This is not what I want to be doing with my life.”
☹️ “I wish I was doing _____.”
☹️ “I’m not making an impact.”
☹️ “I can’t afford to leave.”

The first set of thoughts would make you feel excited and purposeful, while the second set of thoughts make you feel dreadful and stuck.

There is a solution to not feeling dreadful and stuck and you can implement it now, without having to change anything about your job.

Ready?

You just simply choose not to think those negative thoughts about your job.

Who would you be if you didn’t think “This is not what I want to be doing with my life”? Who would you be if you didn’t think “I can’t afford to leave”? What if you just dropped all of that?

I’d tell you who you would be. You’d be the opposite of stuck. You’d be someone who is powerful and limitless and someone who gets to create whatever you want. In your current work or in a new job pursuing your passion. You would be free to decide.

So just drop it and become her. You got this and I got you.

So true. It’s hard with little kids, but I try to make the most of it and I’m getting back into things that I actually want to do. And for me. Thanks again, Coach.
